Sarson Ka Saag
₹280Stone-ground mustard greens, white butter on top, two makki rotis with it.
A small pure-vegetarian kitchen near Vishram Ghat. Dal that sits on coal all night, roti straight off the tandoor, and lassi in a steel glass.

The board changes with the mandi. Message us in the morning and we will tell you what came in fresh.
Stone-ground mustard greens, white butter on top, two makki rotis with it.
Fresh paneer set that morning, hung curd marinade, smoked with a coal in the bowl.
Made in the shop, not bought in. Ask for it warm — that is how it should be eaten.
Aangan is run by the Chaudhary family. Sunita ji handles the sabzi and the sweets, Rajveer ji runs the tandoor, and there is no third branch anywhere.
We cook to order, so a thali takes about fifteen minutes on a busy evening. If you are in a hurry, send a WhatsApp before you leave home and it will be ready when you sit down.
All photographs will be taken at your own shop before the site goes live.
The kitchen takes its last order thirty minutes before closing. The sweet and chai counter opens earlier than the kitchen.
On Janmashtami and Holi we stay open late. Timings for festival days are put up on our WhatsApp status.
No online payment, no app. Fill this in and it opens WhatsApp with the message already written.

“Sample quote — one or two lines a customer actually said about the food or the service.”
“Sample quote — something about a family dinner, a function order, or the sweets.”
“Sample quote — a regular customer describing why they keep coming back.”
Either way, the tandoor is on and the chai is ready.
