Pay the UPI ID we send, or keep cash ready for the delivery boy. Packing photo goes to you before dispatch.
No card gateway, no account
Delivery & payment
Everything is arranged over WhatsApp and paid the way you already pay at the shop.
Where we deliver
- Moradabad city — free home delivery on orders above ₹999, usually the same evening. Below that, ₹60.
- Delhi NCR & western UP — 2 to 3 working days by surface courier. Flat ₹120.
- Rest of India — 4 to 6 working days. Charge depends on weight; we tell you the exact figure before you pay.
- Bill and warranty slip go inside every parcel. Keep it for polishing and re-kalai service.
How you can pay
- UPI — PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm or any UPI app. We send a QR and the ID.
- Cash on delivery — available across Moradabad and for courier orders up to ₹5,000.
- Bank transfer — for wedding and shop orders, NEFT details on request.
We do not take card payments online and we never ask for an OTP. If anyone claiming to be from our shop asks for one, please call us first.
Our workshop
Forty-seven years on the same lane
My grandfather opened a small stall near Peetal Basti in 1978 with two workers and one furnace. We still cast, hammer and polish in the same lane — the counter in front is only the last step.
Because we make what we sell, we can change a size, engrave a name, or match a piece you already own at home. Send a photo on WhatsApp and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.
